So, how does this work? Well, our process is simple and fun, from start to finish.
Consultation and Planning
In other words, let’s get to know each other. Don’t worry, it’s nothing formal. Just an opportunity to learn about you, your preferences, favorite locations, and all that good stuff. Understanding what makes you tick is helpful for creating wonderful images and a great experience. Once we learn more about how and where you plan to display the photos in your home, we’re able to tailor the session to meet your needs. We’ll either meet in person, or at least talk on the phone.
Special requests? Questions? Now is the time to talk about them. You’ll also learn more about us, what to expect on the day of your photo session, and when you’ll see your photos.
The Photo Session
This is your day to shine! During the consultation we’ll schedule the date, time, and location for your photo session. This is when the magic starts. It’s normal for most people to feel a little nervous, but don’t worry, we’ll keep it relaxed and fun. Just view our session tips in advance, come and be yourself, and the beautiful photos will come naturally.
This is the big reveal! We invite you to come back to the studio a week or two after your session, and we share the artistic images of you in a really BIG way. We mean it – really big. We use the latest software and project your photos onto a big screen so you can enjoy the beautiful details. You’ll probably laugh… you might even cry (happy tears, of course). It’s always fun. And while it’s never easy choosing from so many delightful images, we’ll be there to assist you every step of the way, and help you choose which portraits or albums you want.
Truly the most exciting time! When your order is complete, usually in about 4-6 weeks, we’ll contact you to arrange for picking up your order at our studio.
